Welcome to A. By engaging our logistics, transit, or warehousing services, you're agreeing to the following terms. We believe in transparency because clarity prevents friction in the supply chain.

1. Service Engagement

We provide freight transportation and cargo storage. When you book a transit, you're confirming that the details provided are accurate. We rely on your data to move your world. Don't worry, we've handled the tough routes for 17 years.

2. Liability & Transit Risk

What happens when the unexpected occurs? While A maintains rigorous safety standards, total liability for goods in transit is limited to the carrier's standard rate unless additional insurance is purchased. We aren't responsible for acts of God, extreme transit delays caused by interstate closures, or improper packaging by the shipper. Have you reviewed your cargo insurance lately?

3. Warehousing Terms

Storage units at our Fremont, IN facility are governed by strict access protocols. We're committed to keeping your freight dry, secure, and ready for forwarding. Rent is due on the first of each month. Late fees apply after the 5th. It's simple: we keep it safe, you keep the schedule.

4. Forwarding & Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, and logistics bottlenecks are parts of the industry we manage daily, but we can't always control them. You'll receive real-time updates through our dispatch team.
